As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are a trusted partner to the Hiring Managers, the first impression to our applicants as they explore opportunities within CMC, and the champion for hiring the highest quality team to support Catholic Medical Center's mission to carry out Christ's healing ministry by offering health, healing and hope to every individual who seeks our care.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, to include, but not limited to:

o Intake Session with Hiring Manager

o Job Posting creation to enhance SEO

o Review applicants and pre-screening of qualified candidates

o Partner with Hiring Managers for interviewing

o Engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process for best candidate experience

o Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Hiring Manager on offer

• In collaboration with HR Team, complete activities to successfully onboard new hires

• Using existing tools, source for difficult-to-fill roles and partner with TA Leadership on sourcing strategies to creatively source for passive candidates

• Represent Catholic Medical Center at in-person and virtual hiring events

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition in fast-paced environment is required

o Healthcare/Nurse Recruitment experience is highly preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
o Proven ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's value proposition

• High level of confidence in interviewing candidates

• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Team player

• Knowledge of current best practices in Talent Acquisition

• Experience working with Recruitment systems such as Taleo and Oracle is preferred

• Understanding of State and Federal regulations/laws related to employment activities

This role is a Monday - Friday role with occasional requirements outside of office hours to attend recruitment events. There is some travel required with this role

Note: This is a hybrid role and you will work remote and in office.
