BFS Associates is recruiting for a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for medical positions in the Manchester area. This is a hybrid position.


Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruiting processes for identified openings to include: Intake discussion; strategy creation; social media marketing and job postings; review of applicants; pre-screen qualified candidates; and present appropriate candidates to hiring manager.


Sources, pre-screens, and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources for general competence, applicable background and skills, and organizational fit


Provides applicants with pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, wages, benefits, and any special hiring incentives.


Supports recruiting with professional job fairs, on-line job boards networking and appropriate social media outlets.


Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.


Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks and any issues that could hamper successful recruitment.


Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.


Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

At least three years of previous medical recruitment experience.


Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.


Maintains good communication and strong working relationships with employees, managers, and others involved in accomplishing Human Resources goals.


Previous experience in recruitment of medical professionals a plus.
