Come learn about the Information Technology business by applying to become Intelice Solutions' next Business Development Coordinator.  The Business Development Assistant is a high-level administrative position that works closely with the Executive VP and Business Development Division at Intelice to help execute the organization’s sales and marketing strategy including generating leads, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and managing clients.  This position will be exposed to all types of businesses and the ways they operate.  The person in this position will engage with all parts of the business from Marketing, Sales, Operations to Accounting and Finance.  The right person will also help guide operational projects and support the Executive VP's work with the Executive and Sales Teams.  corresponding with prospects, clients, and suppliers, preparing quotes and purchase orders, and managing product lists.  This individual must also generate and maintain prospect, client and vendor relationships.  Intelice is seeking a high energy, results-oriented, self-starting leader with excellent organization skills, capable of quickly taking control and assisting with needs across the organization.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Executive VP and Business Development Division with their duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to, marketing efforts, quoting and procuring products, as needed
  • Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or EVP
  • Take notes and distribute notes at all client, project and sales meetings.
  • Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters
  • Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal and external
  • Prepare purchase orders for products
  • Research the market for the highest quality products at the lowest possible price
  • Coordinate and organize activities with the accounting, account management, and the service desk departments to ensure proper processes are in place
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
  • Arrange for and facilitate proper disposal of retired equipment
  • Assist with resolve critical issues with any client relationships
  • Attend Intelice sponsored industry, charity, or educational events
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within ConnectWise
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Work Closely with Marketing to track leads and setup activities for sales team
  • Turn in all Sales team monthly activity points and new agreements monthly to Sales Manager.
  • Upload and update as necessary all agreements into ConnectWise
  • Other duties as assigned by the EVP and/or Executive Team

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on Intelice Technology products and services.

  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training
