If you're passionate about optimizing network infrastructure and crave a stimulating work environment, then this role at A3 Technology, Inc. is your gateway to an exciting career opportunity.Essential Job Functions:Occasionally offer support to other team members in resolving complex issues within the system and/or providing expert guidance on networking best practices, as well as document and test solutions.Occasionally interface with outside vendors (FTI) to resolve issues outside the scope of RMLS.Configure network hardware (servers, routers and switches).Manage firewall, load balancers.Upgrade and repair computer networks.Troubleshoot network issues.Assist network architects with the design of network models.Deploy and update software.Manage servers and their operating systems.Implement security measures.Develop test processes and procedures.Perform testing.Manage cloud and physical network storage.Create and update network related documentation.Attend and may lead meetings, design reviews, working groups and briefings.Report issues and problems and recommends solutions.Perform other related duties in line with tasks assignments.RMLS Field Support 24x7 as needed.Some lifting may be involved.After hours install and support as needed.May require travel.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:Excellent writing and verbal skills.Excellent customer relations skills.Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to work together in support of team goals.Ability to adapt to an agile environment.Preferred:Network infrastructure knowledge.Implement, administer and troubleshoot network devices.Application transport and network infrastructure protocols.Digital security.Checkpoint firewalls.F5 load balancers/proxy servers.Linux Knowledge.Education:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or a Bachelor's degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics and computer science and 20 years related work experience ORMaster's degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics and computer science and 16 years related work experience.Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education, and references is also required.
