Key Responsibilities- Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Internet systems to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfer.
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor network performance to ensure availability and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Security Measures: Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain software in a client/server networked environment, including operating systems and user software.
- Infrastructure Installation: Install and configure network hardware devices, including routers, hubs, and interconnections.
- Technical Documentation: Provide technical documentation to support installation activities and ensure accurate records of on-site activities.
- Customer Support: Interface with customers, end users, and team members to provide technical support and resolve issues.
- Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification.
