Position Summary & Key Areas of Ownership
We are seeking a passionate sales support professional. This person will play a key role in assisting all growth driving efforts across the sales team. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Bakery on Main is an entrepreneurial team that works hard and believes in maintaining a healthy work/life balance in a fun and creative work environment. Core Responsibilities
- NetSuite project management responsibility for the sales team. This includes entering leads, prospects, email communication, business documents, and tracking the progress of the project through the organization.
- Pulling together business analytics, handling mass communications to the sales team members, managing sales resources, assisting with data management and reporting using distributor data, support for internal (corporate) and external (field sales) tools & presentations, and extensive project support around new item launches, customer marketing support, inside sales responsibility.
- Assisting Regional Sales Managers during category reviews and new item presentations by analyzing data and building sales presentations in power point.
- Trade Spend - assisting the team in organizing spend versus objectives.
- Cross-functional interaction: Sales, Marketing, Consumer Relations, Customer Service,
- Sales support - assisting in online bid submissions, helping with any requests coming in from the sales team (samples, coupons).
- Be a brand ambassador for Bakery on Main and Uncle Crumbles via demo's and community events.
- Provide support for Plan-O-Gram resets, store remodels, POP/ POS placement, data collection and new placement at local Northeast accounts.
- Assist Regional Manager and broker partners with distributor shows.
- All business activities must be done in a way that underscores the social mission of the Bakery on Main brand.
- Some overnight travel may be necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree required, sales or marketing experience, and a valid driver's license.
- Be comfortable with change. We are a growing company where roles and responsibilities adjust from time to time based on the needs of the business.
- Be able to work independently and have an outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude.
- Excel, Power Point, Word proficiency.
