- Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
- Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional services
- Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
- Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
- Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
- Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
- Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
- Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
- 3+ years management experience (preferred but not required)
- 1+ years experience running an agency (preferred but not required)
- Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
