Job Summary   We are looking for an administrator to join our growing team The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills.   • Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
  • Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional services
  • Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
  • Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
  • Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
  • Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
  • Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years management experience (preferred but not required)
  • 1+ years experience running an agency (preferred but not required)
  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
