Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track project progress and engagement using various strategies and tools.
  • Coordinate, collect, organize, and update documents and communication related to assigned projects, programs, services, and activities.
  • Monitor deadlines, contracts, subrecipient agreements, MOUs, activities, and tasks associated with assigned grant projects.
  • Assist with implementation of WF/HE grant activities, including coordinating data and document collection, scheduling meetings, researching guidelines, and submitting grant information and reports.
  • Support the preparation of agency, department, and grant reports.
  • Report project status, outcomes, and/or risks to management channels as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in project and/or data coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project and/or data coordination.
  • Previous experience in community health centers, the Alaska healthcare industry, primary care associations, social service, and/or non-profit settings.
Language Skills

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, with in-city travel and occasional in-state travel. Mileage is reimbursed according to APCA policy.
