Director, Business Applications

Enghouse Systems is currently looking for a Director, Business Applications. The person will be responsible for the Company's business applications environment. The responsibility includes supporting production systems, implementation of ongoing process and system solutions, and the integrations of new acquired companies into the environment. The position manages a team of business applications technical experts and report/interface developers. The position services business stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Finance operations. This role will be a remote role based out of the US or Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Support effective and high availability global-use applications including Salesforce.com, Ivanti Service Manager, BambooHR, Great Plains 2015, Tensoft RCM, and Prophix Consolidations
  • Work closely with stakeholders, leading continuous development of improvements, optimizations and efficiencies within the existing environment, as well implementation of new solutions
  • Lead integration and provisioning of business reporting data, through definition and enforcement of structures, and effective reporting abilities through warehouse or other solutions
  • Manage ongoing projects, from integration of new acquired companies to incremental change management, to development of new systems components in support of business operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with business system implementation along with acquisitions, integrations, where all the following strengthen their eligibility:
  • # Problem Resolution: transform apparently complicated issues into simple and sustainable solutions
  • # Internal Customer Service Aptitude: supporting high availability applications
  • # Business Process Delivery: efficiencies, outcome focused, adherence to standards
  • # Project Management: qualifications and experience interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • # Global Operating Environment: follow-the-sun operations, communicating at-a-distance
  • # Technical: Salesforce.com, Great Plains (2015+), SharePoint, current release Microsoft infrastructure
  • # Communications: Excellent formal and interpersonal business management communications
  • Over 4 years of experience in project management and team handling
  • BA in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent bachelor's education
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or customer ticketing tools is required
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of work without sponsorship
