Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in New York, NY. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success in the region. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Identify: Utilize your expertise and market knowledge to identify and target potential clients in the New York and New Jersey markets. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored Facilities Management solutions. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Solution Selling: Present and sell our range of Facilities Management services to clients, emphasizing the value and benefits. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of [5] years of successful sales experience in the Facilities Management industry is required. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Facilities Management services, industry trends, and client needs. Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results. Location: Must be based in New York, NY, with consideration for candidates in New Jersey and nearby areas.
