What you'll do

  • Monitor and manage workload for large division within Symbotic engineering.
  • Define, track and prioritize team sprints ensuring compliance of work tickets and development process; manage and report to leadership team KPIs and overall execution.
  • Continuously challenge and improve internal processes to find efficiencies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and regularly communicate initiative status to teams and senior management.
  • Foster a culture focused on transparency, speed of decision-making, and a synchronized partnership with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years of technical project management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating technical development across large engineering organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and reporting key results at an executive level.
  • Experienced with full product development lifecycle from inception through delivery and service support to the customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly articulate program information to any level of the company.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, problem-solving methodologies, and rapid growth companies is a plus.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
