Key Responsibilities:

  • The Social Media Marketing Specialist will help manage and maintain our financial client's social media channels, reporting to the Social Marketing Manager.
  • This role is responsible for the night and weekend community management of our financial client's social media properties including social care, brand engagement, campaign support and risk mitigation.
  • Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail and risk oriented, communicate efficiently, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to manage tactical projects independently and demonstrate self-initiative.
  • In-depth experience in social media, with social media listening skills highly preferred
  • Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in trendspotting and identifying key themes driving social conversation.
  • Understanding social media issues and risks, with strong judgment to escalate concerns to management.
  • Knowledge of financial services business and/or automotive industry a plus.
  • Experience in Sprinklr preferred but not required.
