Job Summary

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our local team, responsible for providing financing solutions to independent auto dealers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing sales or sales support roles, with a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate will be passionate about building relationships, driven by a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing tailored financing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Grow the portfolio organically, identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing accounts.
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of both our customers and our business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing sales or sales support roles.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel frequently within your market to support our customers.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability towards local goals and business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
