This Lead Installer position will receive high levels of support from all facets of the company and requires the ability to communicate with team members throughout the life of a project. Our typical working locations include the Greater Boston Area, South Shore, North Shore and Southern NH, and we strive to keep all of our employees working at job sites close to their homes whenever possible. Applicants must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license and experience leading commercial HVAC installation work.

Type: Full time permanent employment.

Location: Burlington, MA

Pay: $35-$50 Per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small install crew on various jobs, installing refrigeration piping, water piping, and standalone controls systems according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Work with an organized Project Management team to ensure all project details match requirements of drawings, meet project timelines and maintain a culture of safety on all job sites.
  • Maintain high standards regarding quality and professionalism on job sites at all times. This includes consistent attendance, attention to detail, and support of your team.
  • Coordinate project details with Duct Installation team, job superintendents, and Project Management team.
Qualifications:
  • Refrigeration License preferred but not required (schooling is provided for those who have not yet achieved their license)
  • 2+ years' in a commercial install setting with minimum 1 year leading work.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints a plus. If you do not have these skills, training can be provided.
