Job Summary

R&H Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing crews, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and train HVAC installation crews
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the Director of Production to oversee all crews and installs
  • Perform quality control checks and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in HVAC commercial construction
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Strong understanding of construction blueprints, specs, and submittals
  • Ability to work overtime/weekends when needed
