As the Digital Platforms Manager, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our digital banking platforms and ensuring effective data management practices across the organization. You will play a key role in integrating data and technical product management principles into our digital platforms, ensuring that enterprise-wide data governance, quality, and accessibility are maintained to drive business intelligence and operational efficiency. As a people leader, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Essential Functions:
- Digital Banking: Lead the strategic technical roadmap development, and execution of digital banking platforms (web and mobile) to deliver innovative customer experiences and banking services.
- Enterprise Data Management: Oversee the development and implementation of data management strategies, ensuring the integrity, governance, and accessibility of enterprise data across systems.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital platform professionals and data management experts, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Platform Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with IT and product teams to integrate digital banking platforms with core banking systems, data warehouses, and third-party APIs, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment on platform enhancements, data usage, and system requirements.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Create seamless and intuitive digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and analytics to drive platform enhancements and business strategies, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure digital platforms and data management practices adhere to internal Technology and Information Security standards, relevant regulatory standards, including data privacy, security, and financial regulations.
- Innovation & Technology Trends: Position this team as a business value driver staying updated on emerging technologies, fintech trends, and data management advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital banking and enterprise data management.
- Demonstrate the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders. Incorporate the high-performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example, and service in every facet of work.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
- Prior Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital platform management, with a focus on digital banking, enterprise data or fintech. 3+ years of experience in leading and managing team.
- Experience managing large-scale digital platforms and integrating them with core banking systems and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance related to data management and financial services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, data management tools, and API integrations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, cybersecurity standards, and enterprise data architecture.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS.
- Able to regularly sit for prolonged periods of time.

Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
