Description

The Account Sales Trainee (AST) function role supports sales initiatives and provides coverage for ASMs during vacation, sick or any special projects as needed. Route Relief will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted "off premise" stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Train with Account Managers and cover their routes when needed
  • Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions
  • Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
  • Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done
  • Maintain a high level of communication across the Matador team
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand
Qualifications
  • Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
  • Prior sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good mathematical skills Knowledge of beverage market preferred
  • Current driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits: 401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarter Employee Medical and Dental provided after 60 day probationary period.High school diploma or GED required

Matador Distributing, LLC, based in Atlanta, GA., is the exclusive distributor of Red Bull Products in the following markets: Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Cartersville, Byron, Rossville and surrounding areas. Matador operates over 20 routes. Operating 20 routes, we have opportunities that exist for the execution and merchandising of Red Bull Products in a direct store delivery environment in the off premise environment. They work closely within a team environment to achieve goals established for new accounts, key accounts, visibility in existing and new accounts, etc.
