JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Temporary Procurement Coordinator to support our commercial procurement needs for Point-of-Sale (POS) merchandise. This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, coordinating sourcing and logistics, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods. The position is ideal for someone with experience in procurement, merchandising, or product development, and offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

JOB TYPE: Hourly

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate Tactical Sourcing for POS Merchandise:
    1. Understand the product development process and use cases for POS merchandise.
    2. Assist the Trade Marketing team with daily coordination on programming needs and timelines.
    3. Liaise with fulfillment agencies and vendors to ensure sourcing, tracking, and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Vendor & Logistics Management:
    1. Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
    2. Manage logistics between third-party vendors and fulfillment agencies, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Support Procurement Tasks:
    1. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Procurement team, including policy management, training efforts, and analytical support.
    2. Monitor inventory reports and assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Cost-Saving Initiatives:
    1. Assist in tracking savings targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
  • SAP Concur Purchase Order System:
    1. Act as a key point of contact for processing purchase orders using SAP Concur.
  • Reporting & Data Collection:
    1. Assist in gathering and maintaining data to support purchasing decisions and report on savings metrics.
  • Additional Duties as Assigned:
    1. Including but not limited to other procurement departments (Direct & Indirect)
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement, merchandising, or project management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, merchandising, or product development.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.00-30.00/hour. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base rate will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
