*Job Summary:* The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the weekly consolidation of temporary staff payroll and customer invoicing. This is a Full-Time opportunity. Ideally the right candidate will have payroll and some scheduling experience.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* File employee records and payroll
* Continuously monitor progress of shift fills, including tasks and investigate any deviations from schedule
* Run weekly payroll process for hourly employees.
* Support weekly payroll process to ensure all activities are complete and on time.
* Run itemized invoices reports and prepare documents for billing transmission to clients weekly.
* Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

* High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years’ experience directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate

Required education:
* High school or equivalent

* Payroll processing 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
