We are seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist with prior leadership experience to join our team as a Medical Director. Physicians typically work 5-day blocks with call from home, providing flexibility in the work schedule and a high-quality work/life balance.

Salary Range: $210k to $275k base salary dependent on experience, plus an annual medical director stipend, and an opportunity for an annual practice bonus. The position is located in Yakima, WA.

1. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the neonatology department.
