As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including CHF, COPD, Cellulitis, ETOH Withdrawal, Kidney, and Dementia.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Float to various units within the hospital as needed, including St. Anthony Hospital and St. Michael Medical Center.
- Current WA state nursing license.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical unit.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system.
- $20/hour float rate.
