We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Corporate Director of Employee Relations. Our candidate will have extensive employee relations experience in the hospitality industry. This position will require in office days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Remote Monday and Friday). Travel as needed. Office is located in Center City Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Director of Employee Relations will be responsible for employment-related functions including, but not limited to, investigations of internal complaints regarding equal employment opportunity and other workplace policies, development and administration of workplace policies, and other workforce matters.

This role executes and enhances existing employment practices and workplace policies/best practices to maintain a positive Company culture, legal compliance, improve employee relations, and ensure the working environment at is equitable and enriching.

In consultation with Legal, HR and business leaders, the Corporate Director of Employee Relations will make recommendations regarding appropriate action where there is discriminatory conduct, harassment, inappropriate workplace behavior, or other violations of company policy.

This position will help to drive a consistent employee experience aligned with our culture and ensure the consistent application of policies across the Company. Additionally, the Manager, Employee Relations will provide insight and data to the leaders regarding employee relations trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Hotel industry human resources experience
• Extensive employee relations experience
• SHRM Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to travel as needed
