The Campaign Operations team plays a vital role as a key partner and critical contributor to the hypergrowth and revenue marketing engine within the marketing organization. We are setting the standard for a successful campaign operations marketing machine, focusing on empowering teams with processes, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue effectively at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will join our growing team to help launch, optimize, scale, and report on global marketing campaigns aimed at driving pipeline, reducing churn, and building brand awareness. We seek a curious self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, creative, and analytical. You'll have the opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, including global marketing, field marketing, digital teams, business systems, and data partners. Expertise in Marketo is preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaigns: Own the full end-to-end campaign development and nurture process, including: program template setup, campaign setup, email & landing page development (HTML coding), testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results.
  • MarTech Technology Experience: Extensive knowledge and working experience (preferred) with other MarTech technologies, such as: Drift, ON24, Zoom, Social27, Salesloft, Content Syndication integrations, etc.
  • Lists: Segment lists based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions. Experience creating and translating SFDC reports into Marketo smart lists and filters, highly preferred.
  • Reporting: Measure and optimize all lead nurturing processes with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Process, Tracking and Workflows: Design efficient processes to capture all requirements, establishing timelines and SLAs within their organization, prioritize work, and map out the communication being sent to audiences at any given time. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Collaborate with marketing team to understand current marketing automation needs and engage in envisioning of new strategies and potential solutions.
  • Analytics: Build reporting and analyze campaign metrics.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with Business, Marketing, or Web Development/Design
  • Marketo Certified Expert required.
  • Proven track record in marketing automation
  • Proven track recordin B2B Marketing experience
  • Flexible and proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, JIRA (or equivalent) workflow management tools, Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff, locally and globally.
  • Systematic approach to problem solving.
  • HTML knowledge, CSS or JavaScript a plus.
  • Professional attitude and service orientation, team player.
  • Excellent strategic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
