Must have a student-centered service attitude, a collaborative approach to working with faculty, and be able to work well with a multi-cultural community of faculty and students.Preferred Experience:Executive education background. Experience with P & L, accountability in corporate/professional services or educational settings. New business development, new product development, educational technology and teaching experience are a plus.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Must be able to work well in a changing environment and practice creative problem solving. Ability to plan, develop and implement programs and develop retention strategies. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create, implement, and evaluate programs. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage instructional staff.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Contract negotiation and event management skills.
Additional InformationIn compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000.00 to USD $95,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
