Maintain expenses within fore-casted levels. Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery. Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards. Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys. Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branch operations. Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
