This role is crucial to the success, strategy, and content management of all of Crumbl's social media activity. Responsible for keeping Crumbl active and up to date with current trends and communicating the brand strategy and marketing directives effectively to customers. Reporting to the VP of Marketing with 2 reports who are responsible for the administrative tasks associated with publishing social media content.

This position is based in our Lindon, UT headquarters and it not available for remote work.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with branding team to conceptualize and create social media content
    • Liaise with Crumbl's community team to ensure consistent customer communication
    • Troubleshoot & QA all social media content with the help of social media coordinators
    • Create necessary social media analytics reports
    • Create, manage, and deliver campaign activation plans
    • Instruct social media coordinators on content calendar requirements and ensure all necessary content is executed
    • Align platform-by-platform strategy to overall marketing strategy
    • Ensure social media voice aligns with brand voice
    • Prioritize showcasing Crumbl's mission & purpose in social media content
    • Manage social media tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Media, Marketing or Communications preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
    • Skills: Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Team Management, Content, Strategy and Creation, Data Analysis and ROI Measurement, Customer Engagement and Community Building, Platform Expertise, Paid Social Media Advertising
