Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a marketing background, with specific experience in one or more of these areas: copywriting, website creation, marketing funnels, media buy. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams to execute marketing strategies and initiatives effectively.



Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Organize and help execute the creation and development of websites, promotional offers, and giveaways.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Work closely with various teams including copywriting, design, media buying, and more to ensure cohesive execution.


Assist Marketing leaders:


  • Work closely with marketing leaders to help organize tasks and learn how to develop marketing strategies.
  • Organize and streamline the marketing workflow to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all teams involved in marketing projects.


Execution:


  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.


Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: copywriting, website building, and/or creating info product offers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing projects.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in the supplements industry is a plus.


Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
