Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services, as well as sales process experience, to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.
  • Demonstrate thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
  • Evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to show the benefits of Comcast.
  • Possess expert knowledge of selling, reflective of the position's required relevant experience.
  • Create and execute turf management plans without assistance, utilizing experience-based sales techniques, and operate independently.
  • Show confidence in selling ability and display competent time management and organizational skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, independently establishing and organizing daily sales activities, generating business through established and approved methods of lead generation, and implementing effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of Relative Work Experience
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
