Schedule: Monday-Thursday- 8:30am-5:15pm, Fridays 8:30am-1pm
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports
  • Batch testing and release; maintain accurate batch records, log books and electronic records
  • Perform incoming product inspection and support product release activities
  • Support performing various product and packaging tests, shelf life studies.
  • Assist as necessary in the completion of documentation for Design Control documents and Technical reports.
  • Understand and follow all procedures/work instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices including those that outline safety, cleanliness, calibration, assembly/process specifications, proper labeling, etc.
  • Stability studies
  • Inspect and process return goods.
  • Submit test samples to support sterility products, water testing and FG release.
  • Participate in CAPA, document control, supplier quality, disposition and investigation of nonconforming materials
  • Maintain and organize retain cage
  • Maintain and order lab supplies
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of previous QA/Lab experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or cosmetology environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Knowledge and experience with various test and measurement equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
