We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality and a meticulous eye for detail.  This role offers the opportunity to be the guardian of wallcovering excellence, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards within a collaborative team environmentWork from our office three days a week and enjoy the benefits of in-person interaction while also having the flexibility of remote work.  In this role, you will report directly to our Pre-Production Manager.

  • Be the hero behind the scenes: You'll ensure every inch of our wallcoverings is flawless, from raw materials to finished products.  Your keen eye safeguards our reputation for quality.
  • Become a master of quality:  You'll wield the latest inspection tools and conquer standardized tests to assess the strength, beauty, and longevity of our wallcoverings.
  • Supercharge your problem-solving skills:  Investigate customer concerns and collaborate with our production team to make sure every issue is a blip, not a repeat offender.
  • Knowledge is power: You'll stay on top of industry standards and quality control protocols, ensuring our products meet the highest benchmarks.
  • Join a collaborative crew: We value teamwork  You'll share your insights, train our production crew on quality best practices, and celebrate collective wins.

 

Do you have the makings of a PJ Product Quality Control Technician?

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Control or a related discipline, is a plus.
  • Experience in quality control or inspection is essential, with additional points awarded for those with manufacturing industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required to document findings, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Superior organizational abilities are key to juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated desire to learn and stay abreast of the latest industry standards and quality control protocols, such as ASTM and ISO, is highly advantageous.
