Specific Job-Related Duties: Responsible for providing timely status updates. Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas. Interacts with customer toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity. Identifies operation problems and implements changes to provide solutions. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Preferred Work Experience: PeopleSoft FMS Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications. Exceptional organization and times management skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
