Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver timely updates on project statuses.
2. Act as a liaison with staff from various processing units and support areas.
3. Engage with customers to resolve issues effectively and address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and operations.
4. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
5. Ensure adherence to established internal controls within the department.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financial Management System (FMS)
- Background in purchasing, invoicing, or vendor relations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
