We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Sales Engineer to join our team in Ventura, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with significant experience in design, project management, or pre-construction within the mechanical contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, developing tailored HVAC solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and presentations to secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise during the design phase, ensuring project specifications are met and integrated seamlessly.
  • Oversee project execution, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
  • EIT or PE licenses are preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in design, project management, or pre-construction within the mechanical contracting industry, focusing on large-scale HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Must be a local candidate with a stable work history.
