About the Role

**Job Summary**

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including filters, coils, and compressors.
  • Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Install new HVAC equipment and systems, including ductwork and piping.
  • Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC technology.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Type II EPA 608 Certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification.
  • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.
  • Experience managing work orders, utilizing CMMS technology.
  • Experience working in a service-related role, specific to commercial facilities.
