ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Global Sustainment (GS) Team is in search of a skilled professional to deliver Project Engineering support for the MK 41 Logistics Support Facility.

This team is dedicated to providing logistics support for the U.S. Navy and allied nations, encompassing the testing and repair of depot-level repairable items, supply point management, engineering, and field service assistance for all VLS ships.

The role entails supporting the Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT) with various responsibilities including induction requests, inventory oversight, project management, budget control, and procurement management for NAVSEA customers.

Regular analysis of cost, technical specifications, and schedule execution for selected products will be conducted, with reports generated for clients to ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master’s degree.
  • Experience collaborating with NAVSEA customers.
  • Proven expertise in COS for inventory and property management, as well as procurement oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope effectively.
Preferred Skills:

  • Established experience with standard EVM practices, tools (GRID, Excel, Microsoft Project), schedule management, and EVM cost baselining.
  • Project Management experience.
  • CAM certification.
  • Completion of EVM training or other relevant tool training.

This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

This role will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Pay Rate:


The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and is subject to market considerations.
