Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee full-cycle management of commercial plumbing projects, including tenant improvements and special projects, from planning to successful completion.
  • Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources by liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain and build client relationships while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects, including tenant improvement and special projects.
  • Demonstrated project estimating, sales, and budgeting expertise within the commercial plumbing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for managing project documentation and timelines.
  • Local and stable work history within the Ventura, CA, area, with a strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
