RSDC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a government client in Washington, DC in the Office of Equal Rights and Business Management Unit.

Hybrid role with onsite support required once weekly and ad-hoc as needed by client.

Requirements

  • Performs a wide array of secretarial and administrative duties to include:
    • Creating and editing routine correspondence
    • Filing, organization and repository duties
    • Assisting with standard administrative tasks
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver project specific education and communication
  • Develop a schedule for a status meetings
  • Develop meeting agendas
  • Facilitate meetings when appropriate
  • Provide weekly status reports on activities performed and upcoming tasks
  • Proactive approach to routine support and confidence to make suggestions for improvements
  • Excellent oral and written skills

US Citizenship Required

  • High School Diploma
  • Existing Public Trust preferred / Public Trust eligibility required
  • DHS Experience preferred
