BS degree required
DUTIES
The OutReach Specialist Supports a program management office overseeing the modernization of federal systems
Tracks and manages fast-paced, ad-hoc projects that directly impact the public
Provides content reviews
Communicates with our vendor, stakeholders, and SMEs on project needs and status
Helps coordinate webinars (setup technology, answer questions from audience)
Creates and edits PowerPoints that would be used for in-person and online events
Develops meeting agendas, facilitates customer meetings, and captures and distributes notes
Develops reports, documents, and communication materials
Develops informative and visually appealing briefings, reports, and other documentation for reporting to customer leadership
Develops and track metrics, as needed
Engages with the larger team of 30+ individuals supporting the client and identifies and exploits opportunities to collaborate across sub-teams to enhance and enrich our service offering and improve the client experience
