Responsibilities:
  • Full Administrative Duties including:
  • Office, Mail, Post Office, Labeling, and Supply Coordination
  • Assists with AP, AR, and General Ledger
  • Phone Call management, transferring to VOIP
  • Conduct Mass Emails and Calendaring
  • Act as Liaison between Employees, IT Support Desk, and IT vendor
  • Perform Billing Reviews 
  • Schedule Company Events, Lunches, and Travel
  • Support Meetings and Presentations for CFO and CEO

Skills Needed:
