HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of photography/graphic arts/design software and be responsible for the production of marketing content and distribution of that content to where it is needed (web pages, specific campaigns, etc.). In addition to content development, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, with the CRM platform, various trade shows, and supporting events/campaigns
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Production of marketing materials (sales flyers, brochures).
    • Development and coordination of company artwork, photo library, and related images.
    • Content development and maintenance of company web and social media pages.
    • Development of marketing-related presentations (capability presentations, etc.).
  • Campaign Support and Coordination
    • Leading and supporting targeted marketing/sales campaigns.
    • Product Launches - support the sales team and other departments (as needed) with new product launches and associated material/content required for those launches.
  • Sales Support
    • Salesforce/CRM Management
      • Develop and conduct training of Salesforce processes to Dejana users.
      • Manage the lead generation process within Salesforce for Dejana users.
      • Maintain customer records.
      • Ensure clean integration within Salesforce and ERP system.
      • Communicate and collaborate with DD/Corporate & other DD divisions on best practices and system enhancements as needed.
    • Assists in the day-to-day needs/requests of the sales team.
  • Trade Show and Event Planning
    • Coordination of trade shows and events, including maintain trade show calendar/schedule & budget tracker, processes and records paperwork/check requests/and payments, assists in truck/booth logistics, and hotel and travel arrangements.
  • Market Research / Analytics and Reporting
    • Conduct periodic market research for specific markets and/or product lines - price comparisons, sales opportunities, etc.
    • Creation of periodic marketing/sales reports (sales history, etc.) for sales team and leadership.
  • Budget Responsibilities
    • Maintains marketing budget by tracking expenditures for giveaways, promotions, sponsorships, co-ops, trade memberships, and advertising.
  • Ability to travel as needed (minimal travel expected).
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge and experience in a CRM platform; Salesforce a plus.
  • Experience in graphic design and photography desired.
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, and Flash.
  • Previous experience in the commercial truck industry desired.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects and maintain deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A good understanding of marketing principles.

COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly rates ranging from $73,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr.
