Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership's operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, fostering a culture of character, integrity, and strong leadership. We are the first Fisker Dealer Partner in the country and we are looking to be the number 1 retailer of Fisker in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the dealership.
  • Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability among all team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and dealership operations to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and uphold the highest ethical standards in all dealings.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute long-term business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
