Overview
**This is a Remote position. Candidates must reside in CA.**
Schedule: 8am-5pm
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Senior Business Application Analyst responsible for enhancing Research Operations end users system requirements. Includes developing and maintaining a positive relationship with user departments to ensure appropriate training and utilization of applications. Provides project leadership to Research Operations team members for program development, Builds, Testing, Documentation, Training and Maintenance of various systems used in daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years' experience in Healthcare related systems in information systems. 1+ year experience implementing and/or supporting hospital applications. Experience with PeopleSoft end user systems and PeopleSoft systems applications. Experience training others in the use of PeopleSoft Grants/Financial modules, developing custom reports in PeopleSoft and Financial Analysis highly preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree - in Computer Science, Business Administration or Healthcare Management or a combination of Formal Education and direct Healthcare systems support.
Pay Scale Information
USD $80,288.00 - USD $144, 518.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
