E-Commerce Support Specialist

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a well-qualified E-Commerce Support Specialist to assist in maintaining customer support for our online marketing marketplaces and payment solutions as well as assisting with additional E-Commerce operational tasks and projects.

As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will
  • Provide customer support via marketplace messaging tools to ensure feedback ratings are optimized on all online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay and, Walmart)
  • Monitor online payment systems to issue refunds and resolve cases/disputes
  • Create and maintain product listing for online marketplaces
  • Optimize product date and provide recommendation to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
  • Coordinate with e-commerce, social media, product development, and customer service departments to improve internal support practices and ensure support issues are addressed
  • Assist with enhancing current customer service tools, features, and practices
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot/report issues across platforms, regularly providing feedback and recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in related fields such as automotive accessories, online marketplaces, or e-commerce
  • Have 1-3 years of experience with customer support tasks and processes
  • Proven knowledge of WeatherTech products, fulfillment processes, customer service practices, company policies, and internal systems
  • Proven organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces and online payment systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
