Job Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting issues, performing general maintenance, and hardware/software updates. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deploy and troubleshoot PC’s, printers, scanners, and Tablets.
  • Perform PC and printer maintenance in office and warehouse environments.
  • Copy, move, secure user data.
  • Perform hardware/software updates.
  • Documents procedures to Knowledge base when necessary.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs.
  • Maintain users in Active Directory and AAD
  • Deploy and maintain warehouse IT devices.
  • Participate in IT support ticket system to resolve user issues.
  • Routinely work with Remote Desktop.
  • Support in-house software including M365.
  • Fully support and deploy Microsoft Intune.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of IT helpdesk experience is required.
  • Networking experience is a plus.
  • Self-Directed and Work independently
  • High attention to detail yet able to work quickly.
  • Ability to change from task to task quickly.
  • High degree of competency in Microsoft Office products
  • BS in Computer Science
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
  • Able to routinely lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet daily.
  • Great attitude and team player
  • Some overnight travel required.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • This is not a remote position.
