Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records for all finished goods, including HCT/P and medical devices.

  • Product Handling : Transfer tissue for FG/ITDC, rework, review, and rejection.

  • Cycle Counts : Perform quarterly counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Coordination : Ensure timely tissue movement for special requests and optimal inventory levels.

  • Inspection : Verify accuracy of received tissue.

  • Order Fulfillment : Pull tissue for processing as required.

  • Packaging and Scheduling : Handle tissue packaging and irradiation scheduling.

  • Log Maintenance : Maintain storage logs for all HCT/Ps and medical devices.

  • Organization : Keep shelves, refrigerators, and freezers organized and clean.

  • Flexibility : Available for extended hours and weekends during peak times.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience : 1 - 2 years in warehousing/inventory management

  • Skills :

  • Investigative and problem-solving abilities

  • Professional and self-motivated

  • Effective communicator and team player

  • Proficient in systems and databases

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
