We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at DEVELON | HD Hyundai Infracore North America LLC. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, including components, machines, and attachments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of components, machines, and attachments based on production plans, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics vendors to manage material transit times, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Inventory Optimization: Conduct cycle counts, back-shipping, and other activities to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to request components and attachments, update stock levels, and ensure timely delivery.
  • MRP Management: Update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory replenishment.
  • Safety Stock and Minimum Order Quantity Management: Establish and maintain safety stock levels and minimum order quantities to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
