Description
The Columbia Presbyterian Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (Life Plan Community) that provides a compassionate Christian ministry dedicated to enriching the quality of life for seniors of all faiths, and we currently have an opening for a full time Director Human Resources to join our Mission at the community level.
The Director of Human Resources will plan, coordinate, and follow through on all aspects of PCSC's human resources practices and processes, as well as support PCSC's business needs to ensure proper implementation of company objectives and promote the organization's values through, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, employee relations, training and development, and performance and compliance management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in human resources administration/management and supervision; knowledge of South Carolina and federal human resources laws, regulations, and guidelines; HRIS and intermediate computer skills; and a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred knowledge of SC DHEC staffing regulations regarding assisted living and long-term care and three years of experience in the senior living field.
