Administrative Assistant

At Landmark Mortgage Planners, we provide top-notch mortgage solutions and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our three Branches (Ocala, Gainesville and Lake City) and ensure smooth branch operations. This is an onsite position working from our Ocala Branch office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents and correspondence.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating branch events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and handle inquiries.
• Order, maintain and organize office supplies for multiple locations.
• Greet visitors, clients and vendors, providing a positive first impression.
• Assist with data entry and communication.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a mortgage or financial setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
