Description

ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. We will provide value to our employees through craft training programs, competitive benefits and a safe work environment and value to the local community with outstanding project quality and opportunity for employment and training programs.

The Equipment Coordinator will assist the Equipment Manager and equipment staff in recording data, utilizing software, tracking, utilization and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Review driver's daily inspection reports
  • Coordinate vehicle plates and stickers
  • Review and update WEX gas cards
  • Receive and review driver's alert updates
  • Provide complete administrative support services for the Equipment Department
  • Manage our annual registration renewals, for entry and exit from the company
  • Entering vehicle & equipment moves and new purchases
  • Managing of titles and documentation of used equipment acquired by the company
  • Title work, Registrations, Plating of fleet equipment
  • Their duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism
  • Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employee and management
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy is expected
  • Accounting background is a plus, but not required
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate commitment to company values
  • Must follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner
  • Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs
  • Must think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results
  • Must work with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Related experience preferred
Work Environment
  • This position is an office position which will include work at a desk and use of email, Microsoft Office, and various other software as required.
Physical Demands
