Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a broad range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the Team Members and Residents of the Health Care Center.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the health and supportive services departments, including managing schedules and organizing meetings.
- Maintains and updates the resident phone list
- Manages departmental files and orders and maintains office supplies and forms.
- Maintain databases
- Maintain distribution lists for families and residents
- Manage long-term insurance claims
- Answer phones, field questions, route calls
- Welcome and greet residents and their families with a positive attitude
- Previous administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to demonstrate computer competency to include MS Office and On-line scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $20.40- 24.25 per hour.
